addison had a birthday party on the sunday after we brought the girls home from the hospital. we knew we couldn't take the girls, but charlie had to go help celebrate his best friend's birthday. becca and mikel volunteered to pick charlie up and take him with them. it was so sweet to see how excited charlie was to sing "happy day to addison" and give him a present.

all along i really wanted to go to addison's party to see some of my friends. i have really missed seeing everyone these past 2 weeks. as soon as charlie left with becca and mikel i finished up feeding the girls and we decided to go to the party for a bit. my mom happily volunteered to watch the girls. i am so glad we went. it was sad not bringing the girls, but so much fun to see people again.
after an hour i was ready to get home and feed the girls. here is a quick group shot before we took off.
