Paris day 5

Our last day in Paris - we decided to pick a museum that we had really enjoyed on our last trip (13 years or so ago) and do the listening tour for it. We picked Musee d'Orsay.

it makes everything more interesting when you hear the background around pieces.

it rained during the afternoon so we found a small cafe and read and hung out for a bit.

we ate at the most delicious Japanese tapas place called Beige. It was highly rated online and is barely recognizable from the storefront, but the tapas were AMAZING. In fact, we were really hungry and just kept ordering and ordering until the ladies were suggesting dessert and I really just wanted more eggplant. So good though!

What a trip! The following day we got up and had an easy morning and then boarded our plane around 1pm and landed in MSP that same day around 3pm. Flying back in time is so great! I was ready to see the kids -- thanks Bubba and Pappy for keeping them! I had a relaxing and adventurous trip, which is a hard balance to strike!
