Priest Lake with the Seltman/Ritzvi clan!

The last weekend in August we headed up for a long weekend to Ann & Addi's cabin. Ann is a surgeon in Bill's group and her husband is a vascular surgeon. They moved to Spokane a year after we did after spending time in Minneapolis. They have 3 kids (Ian - 12, Maya - 8, Luke 5).

We got up there and got tubing!

Luke and Ian being adventurous!

 Hanging out on their dock!

Priest is a gorgeous place!

to entertain the kids we encouraged kayak races and this poor couple next to us was getting their romantic quiet day ruined by the kids screaming and splashing them as they kayaked past.

Saturday morning we woke up to this. Just perfection! Ann and I paddleboarded around the little island.

We had Jon Lee (our kids' pediatrician) and his wife Sarah (also a Dr) and their 2 kids up there as well. I survived as the only non-Dr.

for fun the kids rigged up this insane contraption to get around. 3 paddleboards all connected and the huge tube.

if you are curious - yes they did need to get rescued.

Addi got this crazy wake board foil contraption.

Bill actually did pretty well on the foil board because he had air chaired a lot in his childhood.

I got to wake surf for the first time ever, which was really fun! Bill was wake surfing and then tried to save his fall by grabbing the rope and did this to his finger! ouch!

one night at 8pm I decided to dump out Ann's 1000 piece puzzle. It was epic! We had so much fun finishing it by midnight, but were basically pinning our eyes open to see!

Sunday we spent time at The William's cabin because some of the kids went out with the SARS (ski racing) coaches for a wake surfing day.

bill showing off his skills!

It was such a fun weekend! Addi & Ann are some of the easiest people to be around. So thankful we get to overlap with ski racing and summer activities!
