the first haircut

eleanore and claire had their first haircut today. it was much needed as their hair was looking really mulletish. here are some before pics.

claire was horrified that I had her wearing the grey boots. she threw the biggest tantrum while ripping the boots off on the way there. thankfully ellie was more agreeable about wearing the grey boots.

claire was up first and was a little apprehensive.

we tried to get one picture of the girls together. of course that was impossible. they would not sit still for 1 second.

 

all finished. we survived their first cut! claire is on the left.
